Sex Change; Son Transitions To A Girl While Mum Transitions To A Man

Wouldn't  it been nice to know what goes through the mind of a man or woman who wants to transition into being the opposite sex, just trying to understand what informs their decision to make that choice, because it truly amazes me when i hear a man confidently saying he want to be a woman and vice versa.
